Refund Policy
Last updated: 04 Apr 2026
This policy works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Summary
We want you to feel confident trying Pruvelo Pro. This policy explains when we refund subscription fees, how to ask for help, and how payments through our billing partner work.
2. 30-day satisfaction guarantee (first paid charge)
If you subscribe to Pruvelo Pro and your first paid invoice does not meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of that charge at hello@pruvelo.com from the email on your account. We will refund that first payment in full, subject to verification and the exceptions below. You do not need to justify your decision beyond confirming the account and charge.
This guarantee applies to your first qualifying Pro payment after any free trial. It does not apply to subsequent renewal charges except where law requires or we agree there was a billing error or material failure of the Service (see below).
3. Free trials
When a trial is offered at checkout, you will see the exact trial length and billing date before you confirm. If you cancel before the trial ends and no charge occurs, no refund is necessary. If you were charged after a trial you believe you cancelled in time, email us and we will investigate with the information Paddle provides.
4. Renewals and partial periods
Renewal charges are generally earned when the new billing period begins. If you forgot to cancel, contact us promptly; we may, at our discretion, offer a goodwill refund or account credit where the renewal was recent and you have not materially used Pro features in the new period.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused days when you cancel mid-period unless required by law or agreed in writing.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@pruvelo.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include: the email address on your Pruvelo account, approximate date of charge, and (if available) your Paddle receipt or transaction reference. We may ask you to confirm account ownership for security.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are submitted to our payment partner for processing. Depending on your bank or card issuer, posted refunds may take several business days. We will confirm by email when a refund has been issued on our side.
7. Paddle (merchant of record)
Pruvelo uses Paddle as merchant of record for card and local payment methods. Paddle appears on your statement and handles tax invoices where applicable. Their buyer terms may also apply to your purchase. If Paddle processes the reversal, timing and visibility in your banking app follow their and your bank's normal timelines.
8. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may be limited in how we can help and your account may be restricted while the dispute is open. We encourage you to email hello@pruvelo.com so we can resolve billing issues quickly.
9. Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you may have as a consumer (for example, cooling-off rights in some regions where they apply to digital services). Where mandatory law gives you a longer or stronger remedy, that law prevails.
