Plain terms
Lifetime customers should expect the same core product experience as subscribers. We may exclude future products that are not part of the core center platform (for example, separate marketplace modules, regulated add-ons that require new contracts, or bundled human services). We will not use lifetime status to degrade day-to-day compliance workflows you rely on for licensing.
If you need the lowest risk for budgeting, the recurring plan at /pricing remains the default.
Questions
What does lifetime access include?
You receive the same full platform access as monthly and annual subscribers for the product capabilities Pruvelo ships today and as we continue to build. Operational limits (such as fair-use guardrails for abuse) may still apply.
Will every future feature be included?
We intend to keep lifetime customers on the same core product surface as subscribers. Some future offerings could be excluded if they are clearly separate products, regulated in ways that require a different agreement, or enterprise-only services. When in doubt, we will communicate changes in advance.
How is this different from monthly billing?
Lifetime is a one-time Stripe payment instead of a recurring subscription. You will not be charged again for the included software access while your account remains in good standing.
